As a professional landscape lighting supplier,Eurborn has a flood light factory, the employees of Eurborn Company maintain a rigorous and serious attitude towards every link of the production of lights, and are committed to making outdoor lights that satisfy everyone. Among them, the IES light distribution curve test is very important for lights.
The IES light distribution curve test refers to the light intensity distribution of the light source (or lamps) in all directions of the space. The curve formed by marking the light intensity values in each direction on the polar coordinate diagram is the light distribution curve of the lamp.
The IES test system uses high-conductivity metal to make a conductive slip ring with a split-layer structure, which isolates the drive circuit and the control circuit, eliminates the interference of high current on the control circuit, realizes the three-dimensional smooth motion of the lamp, and intuitively obtains the lamp in the The light intensity distribution in all directions significantly improves the reliability and measurement accuracy of the whole machine.
It adopts the principle of fixed detector and rotating lamp method. The measuring lamp is installed on the two-dimensional rotating table, and the laser beam of the laser sight makes the light-emitting center of the lamp coincide with the rotation center of the rotating table. When the lamp rotates around the vertical axis, the detectors at the same level as the center of the rotary table measure the light intensity values in all directions on the horizontal plane. When the lamp rotates around the horizontal axis, the detector measures the light intensity values in all directions on the vertical plane. Both the vertical axis and the horizontal axis can rotate continuously within the range of ±180° or 0°-360°. After the light intensity distribution data of the lamps in all directions is obtained from the measurement lamps, the computer can calculate other photometric parameters and light distribution curves.
The double-column structure (B-β and A-α plane coordinate systems) is mainly used to measure floodlights, floodlights, etc. When installing lamps, make the light-emitting center of the lamps consistent with the rotation center of the rotary table. In the B-beta coordinate system, the luminaire axis coincides with the horizontal axis of the rotary table. In the A-α coordinate system, the luminaire axis is perpendicular to the horizontal axis of the rotary table.
